Lord Mayor’s ‘Design a Christmas Card’ competition winner

Lottie Nutt (year 8 at Trentham High School) entered the city centre management and Stoke-on-Trent Libraries ‘Design A Christmas Card’ competition and won in the 12-16 age group category.

The Lord Mayor has chosen her card as his official Christmas card, which he will be sending out to all the other Lord Mayors in the UK.

Lottie went to the Lord Mayors Parlour for a presentation on Wednesday evening. A fantastic achievement, well done Lottie!!

Charlotte Brock (year 7), also entered the competition and came 3rd in her age category and attended the Lord Mayor’s parlour too. Well done Charlotte, fantastic!

At Holden Lane, we are thrilled to be joining the City Learning Trust. We will relish working in formal partnership with like-minded schools, developing “leaders of learning” both within the classroom and beyond, in an environment where there is mutual respect, a shared vision and a culture of continuous improvement.
